North Country Electric Service is seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Technician Helper to join our team. This role focuses on assisting lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC system installations.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Support:
Assist lead technicians with installing furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment. Help load, unload, and stage materials and tools for each job.
Worksite Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite during and after installations. Ensure tools and materials are properly handled and stored.
Customer Service:
Communicate professionally with team members, homeowners, and office staff. Represent North Country Electric Service in a positive, professional manner on every job.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow company procedures, safety policies, and applicable code requirements at all times.
Documentation:
Assist with basic job documentation, including notes, photos, and job details as needed.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle physical demands (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
